HAVANA FINISHES CLOSELY CONTESTED. Havana. Cuba. February 12. — Close finishes were the order here this afternoon and in some of the races the winners were in doubt until in the final strides. Tlie two-year-old Dental added another to her list of victories when she beat Burbank, but the latter was best and would have won with a more energetic ride. M. Goldbtatt has disposed of Cossack to J. W. Griffith. R. B. Stelle has purchased First Degree from M. Goldbtatt
