SELLING PLATERS DAY AT JUAREZ. Fl Paso. Texa-. February 12.— Todays card at Juarez was devoid of special features. All the races were under selling conditions, except the two year-old scramble, in which W. J. Webers i Waremore scored at lucrative odds. General Pickett carried the colors of Fred Wall-hauser to victory in tlie race for three-year-olds and emerged from the maiden class. James Osborne, .assistant to starter Harry Mor-iis-py. arrived today from Tijuana. He will remain here until Hie ri-opening of racing at Ti.iuaua. . where he will do the starting.
