HALLENBECK CRACKS IN FINE CONDITION. New York. February 19. — H. C. Hallenbecks horses are in excellent health at Meadowbrook Farm under the care of Edward W. Heffner. Those in training are Iron Duke. The Finn. Blue Thistle, Harry Junior. Frederick L.. Meadoworth and My Ronnie. The good mares Housewife and Hedge have been returned to the stud. Mr. Hallenbeck is at West Raden and later on intends to visit Kentucky to purchase some young horses. Capt. P. M. Walker, who owns Page Brook Farm at Royce. Ya.. has some broodmares on his estate from which he expects good results. All the horses he has in training, he reports to be in good condition, much of which" is due to the blue grass abundant in that part of Virginia. Henry J. Morris is spending a few weeks with Captain Walker.
