* -+ j WHAT HODGE AND HIS STABLE MATES ACCOMPLISHED LAST YEAR FOR THEIR OWNER 4. 4. Small numerically, the stable of W. J. Weber was strong in the racing of 1915. This was because it had for an inmate one of the stars of the year in the fleet and staying gelding. Hodge. Beyond question he was the liest strictly western handicap horse of the year and, besides being extremely fast, was a sturdy Weight carrier. He lias been a consistently good racer since making his debut as a two-year-old and now stands credited with having won the respectable total in three years of $.11.0X5. The three-yenr-old filly, Commauretta, was also a good winner fcr the Weber stable last year and at the end of its racing campaign Mr. AVcbcr could well afford to view the following total of earnings with complacency: Horse.
