STAKE DATES AT EMPIRE CITY. New York. June 20. Victor K. Schuumhcrg. racing secretary of the Empire City Racing Association, has issued the schedule of slake dates for the forthcoming meeting of sixteen daye at Yonkers. It is arranged as follows: Wednesday. July 12 —Frivolity Stakes, for two-year-elds at five and one-half furlongs: Empire City Handicap, for three-year-olds and over at one mile and an eighth. Thursday. July 13 — Tarrytown Stakes, for three-year-olds and over at on: mile. Friday. July 14 — Overnight races. Saturday. July 15 — Whirl Stakes, for two-year-olds at five and one-half furlongs; Fleetwing Handicap, for three-year-olds and over at utiout three -quarters. Monday. July 17 — Overnight races. Tuesday. July 18— Knickerbocker Handicap, for three-year-olds and over at one mile and one-sixteenth. Wednesday, July 19 — Demoiselle Stakes, for two-year-old fillies at five and one-half furlongs. Thursday, July 20 — Arrow Stakes, for three-year-olds and over at about three-quarters. Friday, July 21 — Overnight races. Saturday, July 22 — East View Stakes, for two-year-olds at aliout three-quarters; Yonkers Handicap, for three-year-olds and over at one mile and one -eighth. Monday. July 24 — Overnight races. Tuesday, July 25 — Melrose Stakes, for three-year-olds and over at one mile and one-sixteenth. Wednesday. July 20 — Midsummer Handicap, for three-year-olds and over at one mile. Thursday. July 27 — Wakefield Handicap, for two-year-olds at tree and one-half furlongs. Friday. July 2S — Overnight races. Saturday. July 29 — Sprightful Stakes, for two-year-olds at about three-quarters; Mt.
