BAYBERRY CANDLE responded gamely when called on and finished fast. MONT DOR showed high speed and ran gamely to the eighth post, then tired under punishment. AlAID raced into the lead in the homestretch and. hanging on gainelv. outstayed KITTENISH in the final drive. The latter ran well and finished resolutely. HAIt-AEST KING hail no mishaps. OLD EYLERS ran green in the early running and closed an immense gap in the linal quarter. MARY POYYELL set a fast early pace and tired. CAPRA set the pace under a stout pull for three-quarters and hung on resolutely when challenged. FRIZZLE was a forward contender in the early running, but tired near the end. COMRADE finished rapidly IMEE T. swerved about all the way. The winner was entered for SI ,000; no bid. Scratched 28741 Glanaginity. 105. Overweights Phantom. 2 pounds.
