KID NELSON raced into the lead in the stretcli and seemed the winner in the last eighth, but tired in the final drive. SHRINER ran well and finished fast. LAST SPARK was away badly and closed a big gap. McALAN finished close up. VON LADY tired after setting the pace to the stretcli. JENNIE SMALL was caught in the barrier. TREOWEN showed much speed, but tired after racing into the lead on the last turn. GERALDAME made up ground and finished swiftly. MAUD SMITH set a fast early pace and tired. SATSUMA BELLE raced prominently to the last eighth. There was much crowding in the race in which DOUGLASS S. and GLADYS I AM were the chief sufferers. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. PLUME closed a big gap and finished with a rush. ENGRAVER finished well. INQUIETA ran a poor race. MISS CLARK was a forward contender to the last eighth. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
