BULA WELSH DIES FROM BEING DRUGGED. Owner Fausset Warned Away from the Track Mab Bid Up After Winning. Juarez, Mex., December 30. The six-year-old mare Bula AVelsh, which was ovcrstimulated yesterday, died from the effects of it last night and the stewards have warned her owner, H. H. Fausset, away from tho course. Manager Winn returned today from his holiday visit with his family in Louisville. The colonel said it was the most enjoyable Vacation he has had all year. Mab, which won todays two-year-old race with sensational ease, was bid up from 00 to 30 by D. W. Christian, the owner of Satisfied, but R. N. Aestal protected his filly with the usual advance.
