TIJUANA FAVORITES FARE BADLY. Four First Choices Lcse in a Row — Al Kocnigsberg Denied Privilege of Track. Tijuana. Mex., January 2. — Form players fared poorly here today, when four favorites were bowled over in a row. Spokane Queen ran a sparkling good race to win the fourth, a handicap at three -quarters. She laid behind the early pace of Rollin Laird, then took the lead in the stretch and withstood the closing drive made by Tokay. Pullux was third. Oakland did something he has not done in a year. He went three-quarters and won handily. The black horse opened a gap, which served him well to the end. Jockey OBrien rode the first two winners and was third in the third race. Al Kocnigsberg infringed on the rules of the lietting agreement and has been denied the privileges of the track for the present. There- will be no racing tomorrow. Wodnesday having been selected as the lay-off day of each week instead of Mondays. Tuesdays and Fridays will remain ladies days, as hitherto.
