GOOD ENGLISH HORSES HARD TO BUY. Jack McGinnis. who recently returned from England, where he went to buy some horses for Bernard Haruoh. says anyone wishing to buy a really good horse over there will have to take a "boatload of money" with him. "They just dont want to part with their good honee," said McGinnis. "I had one bought for 7,000 one day, but when I went to get him I was told his owner had changed his mind. Those Englishmen certainly love a good horse. In the case of another horse I wanted to buy I was told there was not a check large enough to spell out the amount the man wanted for him. One can l.uy moderate horses, but they generally bring all they are worth,"
