JAMAICA COURSE GREATLY IMPROVED. New York, March 20. — Race goers will find a much improved course at the Jamaica track when they visit there this spring. The old roofless grandstand in which they suffered from sun and rain last year has been lemoved and in its stead is being erected a large steel structure with a roof to protect them from storm and heat. The steel work already has been completed, the carpenters will go to work next week and the painters will have everything in readiness two weeks before the opening on May IS.
