ANOTHER KENTUCKY TRACK PROBABLE. Cincinnati, O., June 30. Circuit Court Judge Harbeson, sitting in Covington today, decided that the property owned by Kenton County, on which an option to purchase had been given, must be transferred to the attorney representing the interests who propose to build a second track close to Latonia. An effort was made to have the option invalidated on the ground that the building of the track would be prejudicial to the Kenton County Infirmary, located nearby. The decision clears the way for the building of the track and it is said the preliminary work will be entered upon shortly; The new track must get the sanction of the Kentucky State Racing Commission in order to hold a meeting.
