CHEERFUL OUTLOOK FOR TIJUANA James W. Coffroth, in company with Leon Wing, stopped over in Chicago yesterday. Mr. Wing is eri route to Reno, where he will be one of the officials during the coining meeting. Mr. Coffroth continues on to San Francisco, from where he will go to San Diego to superintend some extensive improvements at his Tijuana race track. Outside of the erection of new stables, giving the track a capacity in all of some 1,400 stalls, Mr. Coffroth intends to make the track a place of beauty, with a lavish display of semi-tropical flowers and plants. Visitors next winter will hardly recognize the place. Mr. Coffroth expressed entire satisfaction with the results of his trip east. K. Macombers. horses are expected as well as a contingent from the stable of J. E. Widener. E. T. Colton is to take Pan Zareta and Hanovia oift and other owners of high repute promised their horses and assistance.
