NO DISCUSSION OF RACING COMMISSION Lexington, Ky., December 20. An official of the Thoroughbred Horse Association said: "The statement published to the effect that the Thoroughbred Horse Association is making a gigantic effort to land control of the Kentucky State Racing Commission is untrue. The Thoroughbred Horse Association lias never had the subject of the selection or the personnel of the next state racing commission under discussion. Its directors have never had up the matter for consideration and no request, cither formal or informal, looking to control of the commission has been made of Governor Stanley, and no such request is likely to be made. "The Thoroughbred Horse Associations officials have no adverse criticism to make of the State Racing Commission and will not "be sadly disappointed if the present commissioners succeed themselves."
