BONIFACE KENTUCKY DERBY PROSPECT The eight yearlings, which W. J. Young turned over to J. S. Ward to be trained, are quartered at Churchill Downs and all are doing well under their new trainers care. Ward is also training five of his own horses, these being Franklin, Boniface, Rookwood, Little Buss and Fox Ridge. Boniface, which raced well this year, is regarded as a most likely Kentucky Derby prospect and his owner intends entering the colt in the big Churchill Downs event and other three-year-old stakes. Desire, another member of the stable, has been turned out.
