EARLY ALLOTMENT OF RACING DATES Provided in New Rule Offered at Meeting of Kentucky Racing Commission Saturday. Lexington. Ky.. April S. — At the meeting of the Kentucky State Racing Commission here Saturday, two new rules were offered. The first requires that tliere shall be two specified meetings of the commission yearly, one on tlie third Saturday in June, at which" dates for the fall race meetings shall Is-allotted, and the other on the third Sat unlay in October, at which dates for the succeeding spring meetings shall lie fixed. The other rule requires that thirty days before the oiiening of all race meetings the names of persons wanted for officials shall be submitted to the commission for approval, and that in case of deatli or resignation of any official, the vacancy sliall lie filled by the management of the racing association with tile approval of the State Racing Commission. The next meeting of the commission will b.-held April -J3.
