JOCKEY FRACH TO RIDE IN KENTUCKY Jockey J. Frach. one of the best known of the old-time western riders, has arrived at Louisville and reported to the stable of Joseph Stern. Frach rode for W. Travers at Hot Springs with success. He reported that Travers. who had been drafted for the national army, had secured a transfer to the naval branch of the service and that he had gone to New York to nqsirt. Prior to leaving Hot Springs Travers turned over to Bob Smith all of his horses. including Starfinch. Corydou. Starlight and llwfa. Travers formerly rode with success for "Doc" Row-ell and other owners.
