HOURLESS ARRIVES AT LEXINGTON Lexington. Ky.. May 11. — Major August Belmonts Ilourles arrived here yesterday in charge of Willi am Brennoii. trainer Sam Hildreths assistant, and was taken immediately to the Nursery Stud. With liim came the three. year-old filly Belvale, by Walervale — Beldame. She is to be mated wilh lloiirless. Johnny Miller is making preparations to leave here tomorrow night for New York with a car of horses, among which will Is- John E. Madden.s latest purchase. Everest, which Senator Johnson N. Cumdeu discarded when it became apparent that he would not do for the Kentucky Derby. practically all of the horses that participated in the meeiing here have been shipped to Louis ville. Many local people motored to Louisville to witness tin- running of the Kentucky Derby. r. K. Hamiltons Tnistle Green has tetanus at the local track caused by a nail in one of her feet. Lady Always, belonging to the Pastime Stable, which was cut down in her last raee. was left here by Ironed Brooks to be turned out until she recovers Uffieientlv. John H. Staiii|.cr has offered Prime Harry to the breeding Inn. -an for service with the farmers marcs. He is a son of McGce and should get horses suitable for military use.
