STEEPLECHASE JOCKEYS ENGAGEMENTS NEW YORK. N. Y.. February 27. Hamilton B. Burney will manage the Grand Union Hotel at Saratoga Springs next summer. Mr. Burney is a well-known hotel man and succeeds Leland Sterry, who, witli his brother Frederick, will assume the management of the United States Hotel.
