EXCLUSIVE FORM CHART OF RACES Daily Racing Forms Own Staff of Experts to Fur nish All Details of Eastern Rating BUFFALO N Y July 14 Daily Racing Form has completed arrangements whereby an exclusive form chart of races will be made at eastern tracks The old plan of making these charts In combination Avith other papers has been abolished Beginning yesterday Daily Racing Forms corps of experts including Thomas K Lynch P A Clark and F J Ortell took entire charge of Daily Racing Forms race track interests They will make their own rail and comments about the running of the races and gather their own prices out of the great sumi orally wagered about the superiority of one horse against the other in the east eastThe The resultant charts Avill agree with those pub ¬ lished elseAvhere if the other charts are as correct and painstaking as those compiled by Daily Racing Forms trusted workers With the opening of tho superb racing to come at Saratoga Messrs Lynch Clark and Ortell will be joined by J L Dempsey who will be in charge after a fishing trio in Michigan
