The latter ran a good race, but tired in the last eighth. RUBIDIUM began slowly, but finished fast and gamely. MILDRED ran well and CROWN OF GOLD badly. The lattter raced well, but failed to respond when liis "rider called on him for a final effort. DAIRYMAN had to be hard ridden to outstay LORD HERBERT. The latter finished gamely.
