LEXINGTON COLORED FAIR LEXINGTON, Ky., August 18. There were only three races on the card for the third day of the Lexington Colored Fair for the reason that the other failed to fill. Racing secretary Rice Porter said it is like pulling eye teeth to get the horsemen to enter, because the purses arc small and for the additional reason that the winning of a nice here and at the Blue Grass Fair is made to count against them at. the Kentucky Jockey Club tracks later in the season.
