ORGANIZED TO PREVENT THIEVERY Recognizing what a temptation tlie great gathering, sure to be at Kenilworth Park to view the Man o War-Sir Barton race, holds out to the light-fingered gentry, elaborate preparations for their reception anl safe-kcepini; have been made, under the mipervisiou and direction of the master thief-catcher William Pinkerton. Numbers of his experienced men will co-operate with the Detroit police on this side of the river and a big detail will cover the Kenilwyrth track and its approaches, acting in unison with the Canadian constabulary and police forces. Altogether it is probable the criminal element will have a much better chance to visit the inside of a jail than the Inside of Kenilworth Park ,next Tuesday.
