AKIN suffered sharply- from interference in the early running, but came with a rush when ridden hard and got up to win in the last strides. SAM REH, under a good ride, wore the leaders down before reaching the stretch, but tired near the end. SWEET LIBERTY showed fine speed, but just lasted to hold third place. LEGOTAL ran well. MABEL G. was forced back at the- half -mile ground. COLUMBIA TENN tired.
