STRIKE STOPS ENGLISH RACES LONDON, England, October 20. The miuors strike has stopped English lacing and affects racing people in a large way. Fifteen important stake races arc yet to be decided. The meetings! at which they are run are also of the best class and at Newmarket, Lincoln, Liverpool, Derby, Warwick and Manchester. The flat racing season does not close until November 27.
