MEXICAN CENTENNIAL RACING PLAN MEXICO CITY, Mexico, August IS. The Condesa Hippodrome will be the magnet for sports of all nationalities in .Mexico City during the Centennial celebrations in September. Racing, steeplechasing and trotting will be especially featured, and valuable prizes will he offered in the various events. Military races, Mexican only and international, have been arranged, and the committee lias placed all the obstacles in possession of the cavalry school of the army at the disposal of the entrants in the obstacle races, so that their horses may be properly trained.
