WINDSOR MEETING BIG SUCCESS TOTAL OF f 8 1,200 DISTRIBUTED DURING SEVEN DAYS OF RACING G. M. HENDRIE MOST SUCCESSFUL OF OWNERS TAKING PART The second hieeting of the Windsor Jockey Club, held from August 17 to August III, was productive of some excellent racing. While there were no stake races to attract the outstanding stars of the year, the quality of the horses engaged was above the ordinary, and well-arranged daily programs brought about spirited contests that delighted the large crowds in attendance. One result of the meeting was that Photoplay proved that she is a two-year-old of considerable quality and promise. The concluding days racing was marked by exceptionally fast time recorded, which was not possible during the first few days, when rain and a heavy track gave the mud runners an opportunity to bask in the limelight of popular fancy. The total distribution for the seven days was 1,200. a daily average of 1,500. George M. llendrie had the satisfaction or seeing his horses race to bettor advantage than any other horseman taking part in the meeting, with the result that Jus name appears lit. the top of the list of the money-winning owners, with , 050 to his credit. W. C. Weant is another that fared well, his representatives bringing into lite stables coffers the sum of ,150. For the most part, the money was distributed among a large number of owners, of which the following won 1921.sh50 or more each: Owner. 1st. 2d. 3d. Ami. Hendrie, G. M 3 3 S-.O.-.O AVeant, W.
