T CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF William Dondas is the racing secretary for the Ulue Grass Fair meeting, which opens at Lexington Monday. September 5. D. Sterling rode three winners and two seconds out of six mounts on the second day of the Hagers-lown meeting. On the first day he rode two winners. C. A. Stonoham plans to purchase a farm in New Jersey, where he will breed and raise his own horses. Recount, the six-year-old son of Ballot Censure, will be his first stallion. All the fillies in the Stoneham stable, including the recently purchased Cainplire and Ohimbala youngsters of R. T. Wilson, will be saved for stud matrons.
