IMPOSING AUSTRALIAN RACING VALUES The Victorian Racing Club of Melbourne, Australia, had a satisfactory year, concluding In July. The stakes, distributed over sixteen days on which there was racing, reached the substantial sum of 08,840, a daily average of 9,278, which was a long way in advance of the total of any other year in the history of the club. The previous record was 18,980, in the racing season ending July, 1920.
