Won driving; second and third the same. EVELYN WHITE moved .up steadily next to the inner rail after rounding the far turn and In a hard stretch drive worp ALVA down to win in the final strides. The latter rushed into a clear lead soon after the istar and drew away again when challenged on the stretch turn, but tired in the last sixteenth. 3IARS-iALE was always close up, had no mishaps and made a game finish.
