JOHN LOWE TO RACE IN CUBA AGAIN John Lowe, who enjoyed a most successful season at Havana last winter with a large stable that included his "7wn and those belonging to Edward Cebrian, is undecided about racing there next winter, but the probabilities are that he will return with a small stable that will include among others American Ace and Plus Ultra, both of which are now in winning form, and ought to make good in Havana.
