0 PENMAN MAY RIDE IN CUBA AGAIN The tragic death at Churchill Downs last Wednesday of the promising apprentice, Frank Porretto, leaves Mose Goldblatt without a rider for the Cuban campaign. It was at Oriental Park last winter where Goldblatt picked up Porretto and he had intended keeping him to pilot his extensive stable the coming winter. Goldblatt is on the lookout for a good rider, and he may succeed in inducing James Rowe to let him have the Whitney stables rider Fenman for the winter months. Penman sprang into prominence when riding at Havana last winter, where his good work secured him his present lucrative berth with the Whitney establishment.
