Won handily; second and third driving. 3IARGARET WHITE began fast from the outside and, taking the lead at once, kept it and always held the race safe. CASTANET, nwny forwnrdly; escaped early interference and followed the leader closely, but could not improve her position. KIRTLE had a clear course for the entire race and made a game, but tiring, finish. LUCKY GIRL and CLINCIIFIELD both began slowly and closed big gaps. RED TOM was erowded and almost fell. Won handily; second and third driving. FORT CHURCHILL, off forwardly, set a fast early pace and, after being headed by ESQUIRE in the stretch, passed the latter again and won going away. ESQUIRE raced well from the start and, after taking the lead, tired in the last eighth, but made a game .finish. ROUND ROBIN began slowly, but gradually improved his position on the extreme outside and made a fast finish. SADDLE RING ran well and was in close quarters for the entire race. HARD GUESS showed speed, but tired. MAJOR PARKE tan far below his real form. VISTA tired.
