POSTPONE PLAYFELLOW CASE TO JAN. 16 NEW YORK. N. Y.. January T. — The Playfellow case lias been postponed to January 15 on the request of the defense. Attorney Sullivan, representing H. S. Cochrane, chief counsel of the defense, informed justice Kapper that the defendant in the suit had been called South on government business in connection with a sugar contract and could not return to New York before the end of next week. Attorney Philip Rrennau, for the plaintiff, agreed to postponement aud the date was set.
