I r ! - I t I a * JOCKEY HERBERT A COSMOPOLITAN F. Herbert, the American rider who regularly last served E. R. Bradley, has traveled much ia many lands and is still going. The young man :a at present riding with a good deal of success in India. He has been there before and moved on to Australia and New Zealand. So far this winter Herbert has ridden eighteen winners in Poonah and Bombay and is going to England next month, where he is to ride the horses of A. Saxbys stable during the flat season. Herbert can etiU "do" about 111 pounds.
