March 30— At n meeting Wednesday the license committee of the Jockey Club had under consideration the application of a number of jo-keys lor restoration to good standing. Those who applied for reinstatement at this meeting included L. Elisor. A. Collins. J. Byrne and others. The findings of the license committee will not tiecome public until it ro|K rts to the stewards of the Jockey Club the second week in April. 1
