Glassco, a Canadian - owner and breeder, who holds an unused race e track charter in the Dominion, is trying to interest I local capitalists in a project for building a fourth i track at Winds, ,r. Out., it was learned today. Glassco is negotiating for the sale of the charter r to G. D. Bryan, Jr.. and James E. OHara. who are e tic- moving spiris in the operaiinii of the Bowie. Thonulinv and Mexico City Hacks. OHara is now in California. Bryan admitted that he had been approached i on the matter, but said that no decision i would be made until the return of OHara. The three tracks now operating at Windsor are Keiiilworth Park. D-vonshire lark and the old Windsor Jockey Club track. 1
