Y., Match 30.— Schooling of the Belmont Park two-yeat -olds at the barrier is proceeding daily under the direetioa of one of Mats Cassjdys assistants. A starting gate has been erected at the fire-eightlM post in the chute. Two year olds which have not been properly schooled and educated at the barrier will not be allowed to start ..11 the New York tracks this year.
