All Chicago Is elated over the action of the city council on Wednesday when by a unanimous vote of 68 to 0 it invited Benjamin Block to bring his famous colt Morvich to Chicago and exhibit him at the Pageant of Progress Everywhere were heard expressions of approval and seemingly over night the long smoldering spark of true sports ¬ manship that made possible Washing ¬ ton Park and the ever famous Ameri ¬ can Derby burst forth into renewed hope that the day is not long distant when Chicagoans may once more en ¬ joy one of the greatest of outdoor sports so long denied them Chicago calls on you Mr Block and sincerely hopes that you may be moved to accept the Invitation to bring on your cham ¬ pion the undefeated Morvich
