1 CUKEENT NOTES OF THE TTJSF Insurance — John A. Payne, General Agent, Cincinnati. — Adv. Lenora P. is now in the stable of N. NeaL the latter having claimed her at Conneaut 1 Lake Tuesday. Magnet Land fell lame in a race at Conneaut Lake Park Monday and will be on the shelf for some time. Jockey R Ryan was indefinitely suspended at Delorimier Park Monday for rough riding on Pepper Tea in the Montreal Handicap. Trainer Garth has reported that J. S. Cos dens Snob II. is back in active training and doing exceedingly well. He is being pointed for the Dwyer Stakes. There are about 400 horses available for racing at Delorimier Park. The opening day attendance at that Montreal half-mile course was approximately 4,000 persons. R. Per.dir.gs steeplechaser Nonus has been shipped from Canada to Baltimore, where he will be turned out until next spring. The horse went wrong at the Woodbine meeting. Goshawk, H. P. Whitneys Great American Stake winner, has been shipped back to Brookdale Farm. The reason for sending the colt back was that he appears to thrive better there, though he did fairly well at Jamaica, when he was winner of his only two starts.
