9 ONTARIO GOVERNMENT PROFITS HANDSOMELY TORONTO, Ont.. July 11. Up to July 3 the Ontario governments five per cent share of the reecipts from the new race track tax totaled 42,862.00. The provincial treasurer reports the following sums from the various tracks: Thorncliffe, 70,915.50; Dufferin, 31,805.50 ; Hamilton, 41,701.50; Devonshire three days, estimated. 5,000.00 ; Fort Erie two days, estimated 5,000.00; Woodbine Park in court, 18,290.10. Total, 42,-802.00.
