JOCKEYS AND OWNER EULED OFF THE TUEF MONTREAL, Que., August 23. Three jockeys and an owner were ruled off the turf and another owner fined 45 in a ruling issued "Wednesday by the stewards of the Quebec Breeders and Racing Association. After investigating charges made against owner J. Hoskins, jockeys S. Boyle, "W. Hinphy and N. Foden, and on convincing evidence the stewards of the meeting have ruled owner J. Hoskins and jockeys "W. Hinphy, S. Boyle and N. Foden off the turf. The horses owned by J. Hoskins and any in which he is interested are also affected by the ruling. Owner and trainer J. "W. Crippen was fined 45 and owner J. Goldman -was fined 0.
