PERMISSION TO SELL HORSES QUEBEC, Que., August 28. At a meeting of the stewards of the Quebec Breeders and Racing Association Thomas Hodge was given permission to sell liis four horses, American Soldier, Oaklawn Belle, Seven Seas and Old Faithful. These horses were ruled off with their owner at a meeting at Kempton Park race course at Montreal. Hodge under the new ruling is enabled to sell his horses, but the ruling against him still stands, and also that against owner J. Baldwin and his horses remains unchanged.
