MAPLE HEIGHTS DISCIPLINE CLEVELAND, Ohio, October 7. Punishment for infractions of racing rules at Maplo Heights was inflicted as follows: Jockey T. Jarvis has been suspended for one week by the stewards. Jockey S. Wolstenholm has also been suspended and will be denied all privileges of this track for seizing the bridle of Ashlin during her race here on Tuesday. Jockey W. Taylor was fined 5 for striking his mount Mab on the head with his whip while at the post. Trainer J. McGovern was fined 5 and cautioned for making unbecoming remarks regarding the placing by the judges of th horse Baby Cal in his last race here.
