PATRIOTIC PROGRAM TODAY Saturday will be Patriotic Day at Hawthorne. The American Remount Association under Major Trowbridge will start a drive for members. Many officials high in the army will be present to add eclat to the occasion. The stallion Bone Dry, recently presented to the government by tho late Francis Peabody, will be paraded in front of tho stand between the races. In addition, seventy-five society ladies will be present to collect subscriptions for tho American Legion home to be built here. This is being sponsored by the social leaders of the city and the crowd today promises to be a brilliant one.
