. APPROVE HENDERSON DATES LATONIA, Ky., October 21. The Kentucky State Racing Commission held a meeting before the racing this afternoon and in addition to granting dates and approving officials for the Henderson, Ky., meeting transacted such routine business as came before it, none of any importance. The dates applied for, November S to 18 inclusive, by the Henderson track management were approved. The following list of officials will serve: Messrs. Nuckols, Jr., Hay and Leonard, who are at present members of the stewards stand here, will serve in a like capacity at the new track; M. Macfarlane and Julius Reeder will serve as placing judges and also as secretary and clerk of the scales, respectively; Quinn Cogar will act as patrol judge, and A. B. Dade will be the starter. John McLaughlin was appointed mutuel supervisor and J. J. Grant will serve as censor. There was a report current that no wires would be installed into the track for the use of the press and commercial business, but it is said that telegraph lines will have wires into the grounds.
