MEETING OP JOCKEY CLUB NEW YORK, N. Y., November 13. The stewards of the Jockey Club met iast Thursday afternoon at the offices in "West Fortieth street. W. A. Masseys application for a restoration to good standing was granted. His training license was revoked in 1912. The application of G. Yeargin for a jockeys license and that of Charles R. Peak for a trainers license were referred to the assistant secretary for investigation. Other business was of a routine nature. The stewards present were August Belmont, chairman; F. K. Sturgis, H. K. Knapp, J. E. Cowdin, F. R. Hitchcock and "William Woodward.
