CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Trainer Eugene Wayland has gone to Rem-lick Hall, in Virginia, to spend a few days until the resumption of racing at Bowie. Trainer W. Knapp, who has been confined to an hotel with an attack of illness, was a visitor at Pimlico Saturday fully recovered. Charles Thieriot, owner of the sensational Prince James, was a visitor at Pimlico Saturday afternoon. Prince James, which went slightly amiss during a trial, has been shipped back to New York and retired for the year.
