ENGLISH TURF WRITER DEAD LONDON. England, November 10. -Alfred E. T. Watson, long a prominent figure In English sporting Journalism, died here Wednesday at the age of 73. Air. Watson first tried the stage as a profession, later turning to dramatic criticism and later sUII to racing and other sporting subjects. He was editor of the Hadmlnton Library and the Hadniluton Alngazlno and, although he never owned race horses, he acted as manager for various owners, including a relative, I he late Wallace Johnston.
