FORMER JOGEET IS KILLED LATONIA. Ky.. April 24.— Stepping between his brother Howard Andres, 25, and Joseph K. Redmond. 61, horse owner and trainer, who were engaged in a quarrel over possession of a dog, Walter Andres, 28, former jockey, was shot and instantly killed by Redmond at the Latonia race track Sunday.
